Council finds a way to avoid the Senanus judgement: bring water to the whole N-W quadrant.

The NW quadrant includes the Senanus area. Since this is a District initiative, everyone will pay for it now, unlike the Senanus water project.

The cost estimate comes just under 12 million dollars. There is no doubt that we, the taxpayers, will pay for it.
